DANCE CLUB

Today saw the start of our dance club. It was very exciting with children inventing their own moves and learning how to stretch before exercise. Take a look.

PALS training

Our Playground Activity Leaders and our Head Boy and Girl went with Mrs Goodall to join other children to train how to lead games and activities at playtimes. They learnt a lot and will be putting their new skills into practice soon.

ACTIVATOR SPORTS COACHING

We have had our first of four sessions with our ACTIVATOR this week. The selected sports are miniball/basket ball and netball, with younger classes focusing on skills and everyone having fun.

2016 LEADERS

Congratulations to our students on gaining a leadership role for the year. We have a very talented bunch of children this year and we are expecting them to really shine and make the most of this wonderful opportunity. The standard of the applications was very high and it was a very difficult decision, however, we are confident that every one of them will do an exceptional job and represent the school with pride. Way to go team!

FIRST DAY OF A NEW YEAR

Welcome back everyone after a long Summer break. I hope you all had a fun time and a great rest. It was wonderful to see all the children back at school, smiling, enthusiastic about learning and so smart in their uniforms. We welcome some new students and new staff to the school and hope that they have all enjoyed their first days too. The school had a make over in the holidays as part of our 10 year maintenance plan and now looks smart and refreshed with a new lick of paint and a new colour.

THROUGH THE WARDROBE

Another year comes to an end. Thank you to everyone who has supported the school over the year, and especially to the kids for being so wonderful each day. Merry Christmas and enjoy looking through the show pictures.

YEAR 8 GRADUATION DINNER

What a lovely evening we have just spent with our Y8 leavers. After a game of bowling, we enjoyed dinner at the Star and Garter followed by moving speeches by the kids before Mr Bokser presented the kids with their special gifts!
We will miss them all.
